I’ve been trying to read The Awakening for sooo loooong but it looks like maybe I should just give up?

Well, I just don’t like it because of all the stupid school discussions I had to endure re the book. To me, the book is about as straight forward as a book can be, and talking about it is akin to beating a dead horse.

But that’s just me.

Also: Last time I did a 30 day challenge you were reading His Dark Materials. Have you finished? What do you think about the series?
